Improvement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• To be responsible to coordinate the implementation of improvement of all logistics and distribution operational.

Requirements

• Holding a minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university in any discipline with minimum GPA 3.00;
• Fresh Graduate can apply, preferable minimum 1 year experience in Logistics/Distribution;
• Having knowledge of Supply Chain Management;
• Having strong leadership and integrity;
• Having good analytical and learning capability, customer service, also teamwork and cooperation;
• Be able to operate Microsoft Office applications;
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Willing to be located in Surabaya

Enviromental, Health & Safety (EHS) Engineer

Responsibilities

• To identify, analyze Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) issues, and provide recommendations to EHS Manager in order to support the development and improvement of EHS policies and procedures, to ensure the workplace health and safety by implementing EHS policy and procedure, all employees’ activities and working environments are in line with HM SAMPOERNA Tbk.’ EHS Management System and comply to local regulations.

Requirements

• Holding a minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university in Mechanical or Chemical or Environmental or Electrical Engineering, or Occupational Safety and Health;
• Having minimum 3 years progressive experience in the area of EHS with at least 1 year experience in managing EHS programs, preferable from tobacco companies;
• Having solid technical knowledge and skills in EHS practices;
• Having solid knowledge in international and local EHS law and regulations;
• Having basic knowledge in tobacco and cigarette processing;
• Having strong leadership and interpersonal understanding;
• Having good analytical and learning capability, communication skill and teamwork and cooperation;
• Be able to operate Microsoft Office applications;
• Fluent in English both oral and written;
• Willing to be located in Karawang – West Java.
